We've been working through our operations manual over the last month and refining our processes, it's an ongoing job full of fun and excitement.  Actually, the only thing that makes it bearable is the fact that I get to use Freemind to it's real potential.  For those of you who don't know freemind but work in organising tasks, jobs and have to get your head around the BIG picture, then go visit http://freemind.sourceforge.net.

Good morning all. Last week I hinted at ways to protect your most important asset (your children) online. I'd like to elaborate on software you can use to keep your wee ones safe. There are a few packages out there which will keep your kids safe.. Before buying anything you should keep a few things in mind.

Last week we were talking about Security at home. Lets continue that theme. I alluded to monitoring you kids internet habits. I think this is something we should be doing without question. There internet is a big place, think of it like going to a rugby game or rock concert with a few hundred million people in attendance. Would you let your child wonder off to the other side of the stadium and chat to anyone?
